Larga Kitikmeot provides accommodations, meals, transportation, and support for residents of the Kitikmeot Region on Nunavut who travel to Yellowknife for health care not available in their home community. Larga Kitikmeot is owned by the Kitikmeot Corporation and the Nunasi Corporation and has been in operation since December 2009.

Larga management recognizes the importance of creating a work environment which reflects the Inuit population it serves, so every effort is made to employ Nunavut Land Claim Beneficiaries.
