NCC Investment Group Inc. is a property management, construction, and development company that operates in all three regions of Nunavut. NCC is owned by the four Inuit development corporations: Kitikmeot Corporation, Nunasi Corporation, Sakku Investment Corporation and Qikiqtaaluk Corporation. Head office is located in Iqaluit NU.

NCCD’s construction projects include: infrastructure, office space and housing for the Government of Nunavut; commercial and special-use buildings, industrial-use space; social housing projects; and individual houses, as well as home renovations, additions and repairs. NCCP also provides property management services to Kitikmeot Region Properties Inc.
