Panarctic Lightering Corporation (PLC) is a joint venture between Kitikmeot BBE Expediting Ltd (KBX) and Fathom Marine Inc (FMI). PLC is a majority Inuit owned company that combines the logistical expertise of KBX and the marine services of FMI to offer comprehensive source to site transportation and delivery services.  

PLC’s combined logistical and marine experience in the Canadian Arctic can offer complete supply and delivery packages for both fuel and dry cargo while maximizing Inuit participation in the delivery of these services.
